THE COMPANY

Pexafoam Sdn. Bhd. is incorporated in 1976 and commenced operations in 1977 as one of the six Polyurethane Foamers in Malaysia. During 1985 and 1986 recession, many companies were forced to lay workers or suffered heavy losses. On the contrary, Pexafoam continued to grow despite high economic pressures and low market demand. This is due to the farsightedness and very capable management skills of its director Mr. Yeoh Kok Seng. The company has been very customer oriented to gain strong customers support and maintaining customer loyalty.

In 1990, Pexafoam Sdn. Bhd. invested in the latest foaming technology as one of the pioneer using the max foaming technology. Having this manufacturing coupled with BFS and RFR, Pexafoam has became the biggest Polyurethane manufacturer in Malaysia in terms of P.U. Foam production output.

In 1994, the Ministry of Environment, Science & Technology of Malaysia highly recommended Pexafoam Sdn. Bhd. to received the United Nations Award for Ozone Layer Protection for being the first P.U. Foam manufacturer to totally phase out Ozone Depleting substances. Pexafoam also received the Malaysia Goverment's recognition for being the first P.U. Foamer to recycle its foams since 1981.

OUR SPECIALTIES

We manufacture more than 60 varieties of P.U. Foam using both the world's latest hi-tech Max-Foaming Machine and the Batch-Foaming System. Our existing market ranges from the furniture industry; bedding industry; packing and packaging; acoustics; cleaning and washing industry; automotive industry and the increasingly popular hydroponics industry. We supply our foam either in blocks, sheets, rolls, recycled, profiled or die-cut and contour-cut to any 2 dimensional shapes.

Customised set of contour-cut foams for cushion and sofa can be supplied according to specified designs. We also cater to specially arranged semi-finished goods. For instance, office chairs foam parts, pre-cut-sofa-bed foam parts, special designed furniture foam parts or any other P.U. Foam parts.

Our products are sent constantly to few of the accredited laboratories for specification test in order to maintain our foam quality and standard. Specification test can also be done in pre-arrangement on a case by case basis upon customers' request.
